Thirteen-year-old Jacob Denney, of Galloway, has been racing since 2011.

Every winter for more than 60 years, the Ohio Expo Center is home to quarter-midget racing, where drivers can start as young as 5 years old. Thirteen-year-old Jacob Denney, of Galloway, has been racing since 2011 – just shy of his 7th birthday. Contributing producer Kenny Sato brings us this story.
